SHIPPING POLICY
DELIVERY
At Haseena Collections, we proudly ship Australia-wide and internationally using Australia Post.
Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over AUD $100.
For orders under AUD $100, the following shipping rates apply:
Standard Shipping (Australia Post): Calculated at checkout.
Express Shipping (Australia Post): Calculated at checkout.
Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct, as we are unable to amend delivery details once your order has been dispatched.
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Estimated Delivery Times
Australia (Standard Shipping): 3–7 business days
Australia (Express Shipping): 1–3 business days
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Rest of the World: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship worldwide, and all orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your Australia Post tracking information.
Your tracking number may take up to 24 hours to become active.
You can track your parcel directly through Australia Post using your tracking number.
Haseena Collections is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect delivery information, payment verification, or unforeseen delays by Australia Post.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to organise a return or exchange.
Items must:
Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Have all original tags and packaging intact.
Be returned within 28 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain intimate items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Sale items, clearance items, and personalised or custom-made products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, Haseena Collections is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
WARRANTY
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
