Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns for Online Purchases
If you wish to return a product purchased from our online store, your return package must be shipped to our designated return address and received by us within 15 days of the original purchase date.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2–5 business days for processing.
After your return has been processed, we will email you an online store credit code, which can be used to purchase another item of your choice.
Important Note
Jewellery items cannot be exchanged or returned for online store credit once purchased, unless the item is found to be defective.
Defective Merchandise
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
If we are not notified within this 2-day period, the item will no longer qualify for return or replacement.

Clearance Sale Items
Items purchased during a clearance sale are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or credited.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items.
Documentation Required
Please include a copy of your invoice and indicate the reason for the return. If you do not have your invoice, please print and include your order confirmation email.
Tracking Your Return
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your package. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
